This ESE Open Office Hours session provides a  focused review review of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and its role in providing students with disabilities equitable access to education. Participants will delve into the key components of IDEA, including its funding mechanisms and the rights it guarantees to students and families. The class will emphasize leveraging resources from the U.S. Department of Education (USED) to maximize the impact of IDEA funding.
