This one-hour, virtual, PD equips educators and school leaders with practical strategies to build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. Participants will explore proven communication techniques, frameworks for shared decision-making, and methods for fostering trust and mutual respect. Special attention will be given to engaging parents effectively, partnering with colleagues for seamless support, and navigating interactions with local education agencies (LEAs) to advocate for students’ needs. Attendees will leave with actionable tools to enhance teamwork and create a more inclusive and supportive educational environment.

Active participants will be eligible for ESE credit.
